Thanks for joining me here! I’ve been blogging my hikes and backpacking trips since I started adventuring in 2012 in Connecticut, having never hiked a day in my life. I’ve learned many lessons, made friends, and traveled far and wide since then, completing:
- Appalachian Trail
- VT Long Trail
- John Muir Trail
- Tahoe Rim Trail
- Tour du Mont Blanc
- New England Trail
- Monadnock-Sunapee Greenway
- Tully Trail
and peak-bagged the New Hampshire 48 4,000 Footers, the New England 67 4,000 Footers, the New England Hundred Highest, the Adirondack 46 4,000 Footers, the Northeast 111 4,000 Footers, the New Hampshire 48 4,000 Footers in winter, and the Northeast Ultra 8.
I’m now in the midst of section hiking the Pacific Crest Trail and working on the New England 47 4,000 footers in winter.
I’m delighted to offer you a window into the wilderness through my experiences as a white queer and nonbinary trans hiker! As I’ve continued to hike and develop my photography skills, my photos have been featured in a few places, like on Unlikely Hikers’ Instagram and in the Tahoe Rim Trail‘s 2021 Calendar.
