Start/End: trail parking lot across from Starr King Rd

I headed to the trailhead for Waumbek, arriving around 3:30pm. In winter, the end of Starr King Rd isn’t plowed, and there’s nowhere to park on the street, so the designated parking area is across the road from Starr King Rd. I walked up Starr King Rd, and started my hike upward. I had some beautiful views of Mt Washington with some sunset light from the summit of Starr King. Once I summited Waumbek, I headed back down.
