I headed out from the trailhead at 5am by headlamp. I hiked the road, and made a quick pace the entire way to the summit. This hike showed me that many of the trails in Colorado were very steep, and with 100% O2sat, I bounded up this mountain like it was easy, despite some wildfire smoke. I ran the last 4 miles to the exit, and finished right around 10am. I reset my gear and headed up the road for my next hike.
