Miles: 9.47
Elevation gain: 2547′
Accompanied by: Little Engine
GaiaGPS track
After breakfast and packing up our campsite, Little Engine and I headed to the Hancock lookout parking area and started up the trail at 8:45am. We made great time and headed left from the trail split up towards Hancock by 11am. We summited Hancock by noon, took a quick snack break, and then headed over towards South Hancock, arriving around 1pm.

We took another short break and then began descending as quickly as we could to escape the black flies. We made the trail split by 2pm and then had a nice hike back to the car, arriving at 4pm. We had a late lunch, and then got in the car to head back home after a lovely long weekend!
