With a long day and late night yesterday, I managed to sleep a bit better (with my food slung up a tree outside to keep it away from the mouse), though I was still awake by 6:30am. I made my way to Gorham to start the day with the treat of a coffee drink and sandwich. The day was picture perfect and my legs were feeling pretty good, so I decided to change into my running clothes and head to Crawford Notch for a summit for my Grid.
I made quick work of the trek up, making it to the summit in just over an hour. I took a few pictures and then headed back down. I ended up with almost an even split and was proud my legs felt fairly fresh despite the strain of the day before.
