Start/Finish: Ravine Lodge Rd winter TH
Miles: 8.5
Elevation gain/loss: 2600′
After a very late night, I decided I was too tired and rundown to do much more hiking but I felt good enough to be able to do a shorter hike on my way home. I knew the Ravine Lodge Rd was still open and plowed, and I was excited to avoid the Glencliff trail for one more month so I headed over after grabbing some breakfast treats at Dunkin. I snagged one of the remaining nose-in parking spots, prepped my bag, and headed out. I passed a large group, and made good time to the socked-in summit, with only one person hitting the summit ahead of me. I made quick time back to my car, where I changed into dry clothes before heading out to drive home.
