Start/Finish: Moosilauke Ravine Lodge
Miles: 8.04
Elevation gain/loss: 2513′
After a rainy night with loud thunderstorms, we packed up quickly in the morning and headed south towards home. The Ravine Lodge was busy but not as bad as I’ve seen it on a holiday weekend, and the weather was perfect. The humidity was lighter, and the sky was clear.
Toby hung out at the lodge and I headed up the mountain. I went Gorge Brook trail to the summit and then took Carriage Rd to Snapper Trail back down. It was a relaxing way to close out a challenging weekend.
